Nice but sometimes takes some getting used to. Delicious.

The only restaurant where there was a snack in the partial lockdown without queuing. Not by chance. The waitress was kind of annoyed. The red sausage was only lukewarm. The additional ketchup that was ordered cost € 0.40. Usury! The sausage tastes like nothing, the skin is fibrous. Only the bread roll was good, but spoiled by the flood of ketchup. My last visit to this chain

Good and kind

Ordered without remoulade and put remoulade directly on it. They say "No, I don't want any." and the question "Why?" The second attempt then partially fell out of their hands. 3 attempts for a bag of french fries.

Chicken and fries are always tasty and fresh. And I've tasted the currywurst for about 40 years .. :-) Staff is always friendly and in a good mood (employee with black hair) Conclusion: gladly again and again :-)

I strongly advise against this juice shop.

The burgers taste like cheap copies of burger king. The nuggets and sauces can also be found in every freezer in the supermarket

Staff very friendly. The food often tastes good ... but sometimes the chickens are very dry.

Tastes good but unfortunately no more chicken to take away from 7pm onwards.

Always happy, the best chicken ever. We have known the boss for years, always with a smile on her face and very friendly! Competent staff good service. We would be very happy to recommend it!

Unfortunately a very listless service, do not seem to really enjoy their job and unfortunately this is also very striking and also creates a very dark mood. The food is usually very cold. Hopefully this situation will improve.

Definitely make sure that it is freshly prepared, had recently a burger from the display the tasted as if it were there already 4 hours.

Heidenheimer wooden spoon, here I like to go. The chicken are super crispy and flavorful and the taste is simply indescribably good. As far as the service is concerned, it has improved a lot, the staff is super nice and always has a smile on their faces. Thanks to the wooden spoon team in Heidenheim. thio
